The game, The First Priest, was made based on the story, Gain and Abel. 

Adam and Eve sinned and were exiled from Eden. When Adam met Eve at the first time, he just called her a woman (Genesis 2:23). She did not have a name. But after sinning, Adam gave her the name, Eve (Genesis 3:20). Maybe Eve did not need a name before the sin, they were a truly one body.
Eve mean ‘life’, it is interpreted showing Adam’s faith about the offspring of the woman.

After exiled from Eden, Adam and Eve had babies, Gain and Abel. Gain was a farmer, Abel was a shepherd. In the game, Gain blamed Abel why he tamed useless sheep. God allowed them to eat animals after the Noah’s flood (Genesis 9:3). We cannot know when people started to eat the meat but at least, godly people would not eat meat before the flood. And it is hard to imagine they had slain sheep every time they needed clothes. So sheep were all most useless animals.

The contention of Gain sounds like rational. Then where did Abel get his opinion? Maybe he learned it from his father, Adam. Then where did Adam get the idea? He would get it from God.

After sinning, Adam and Eve made the clothes of leaves of a fig tree (Genesis 3:7). But those withered quickly. So God gave them clothes made of skin of the animal (Genesis 3:21). We do not know which an animal was but I think it was a sheep, based from Abel’s offering. Abel would get the idea from his father, Adam got it from God.
God slew the sheep and forgave their sins. Yes, God himself was the first priest to give the offering to forgive sins of Adam and Eve, and he is also the last priest to give himself as the offering to forgive our sins. Jesus is the last priest and offering.

[Bible-Game Review] Offspring of Woman -Types of Bible #2

At the first, there are only two names of angels in the Bible, Michael and Gabriel. And of course, there is a no name, Lucifer, at least as an angel’s or a devil’s name. I think it is not bad to study about that kind of things, everything can be important. But let’s focus to something more fundamental things at first.

God prepared everything for us and created mankind in his image and put them in the Garden of Eden. But the devil came to there as the serpent, and Adam and Eve ate the fruit from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. So God banished them from Eden. But before banishing, he gave them the promise to send them the offspring of the woman. Of course the offspring of the woman is Jesus Christ. God already had his own plan for our salvation from the top.

And I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your offspring and hers; he will crush your head, and you will strike his heel.” -Genesis 3:15

Let’s talk about meaning of an offspring of a woman. There could be many interpretations.

First, the most direct interpretation is he will be born through a virgin. The book of Matthew and Luke wrote some different genealogies of Jesus. I am not sure but some people say the genealogy in the book of Luke could be Mary’s. Luke emphasized Jesus’s humanity. So maybe he wrote Mary’s genealogy that one associated with Jesus humanly.

Second, it would be similar with the first; Jesus came from the barren woman. There are several barren women in the Bible. The first one was Sarah. She could not have a baby until she was ninety. But God blessed her and gave Isaac. It look like, Rebekah had not had baby for quite a long time. Hannah would be the most famous person who had the baby by prayers. And Naomi was also one of them. Obed is a son of Boaz and Ruth, but Obed would have belonged to Naomi in the law (Ruth 4:17). Finally Jesus came through the woman who did not know a man. A woman cannot bear babies without a man. It means human being is just like barren women, they could not bear any good things themselves, without God. God fulfills his plan by his own enthusiastic and authority.

The last one, a woman means a weak and helpless person. Generally the Bible uses a woman as a symbol of weak – maybe it’s not true in our modern society. Especially the women who did not have babies were suffering and put to shame. And the Bible says widows and orphans as the poorest people.

When Jesus was teaching, people brought an adulterous woman and asked to Jesus how to punish her. We could not know the exact reasons, but she did not say anything for defending herself. We do not know whether she was shocked by betrayed by her man or already knew it would be useless to rebut, or maybe she thought herself as a sinner who deserve to die. Whatever the reasons, she did not say before the crowd. As she did, Jesus did not say anything in the court for himself. Isaiah already prophesied about he’s humble in his book.

He was oppressed and afflicted, yet he did not open his mouth; he was led like a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before its shearers is silent, so he did not open his mouth. – Isaiah 53:7

Therefore, Jesus is only one who knew every brokenhearted and he is the true defender for every powerless person who are under anguish and unspeakable about their unfair treats in the earth.

For this reason he had to be made like them, fully human in every way, in order that he might become a merciful and faithful high priest in service to God, and that he might make atonement for the sins of the people. Because he himself suffered when he was tempted, he is able to help those who are being tempted. - Hebrews 2:17-18

[Bible Game Review] Six Days - Types of Bible #1 -

God created the world in six days. Some people say those are literal numbers of days, other ones say those are periods. But maybe it is not the most important thing. The time is also a mere creation to him.

“Time is an illusion.”

Bible does not tell us about how, so we do not know how he created the world. But we can ask why he made it in six days. It is definite that it is not for he could not do that in less than a second.

I think he prepared everything for us in that time.

The time of a preparation for a lover is the heart flutter of love. He would have enjoyed the time with love for us. Considering of every star’s position, choosing the color of flowers, selecting of a sour of fruits, he would have seen when we see it and taste it.
And as you know, he prepared his salvation far more than just six days. But that time was not just a joyful time but with the burning heart. Even though, he considered the time and anguish as worthy for us.

Love is a secret but the weird secret. We want to spread the secret but no one knows it, except the people who are loving each other. They will say it's weird. Why other people don't see my lover's every lovely thing.
